Hi, I’m Darren

I’m a passionate and experienced swim coach dedicated to making swimming safe, effective, and enjoyable for everyone, from young beginners to adult learners.

With years of hands-on coaching experience, I started JustSwim ID to focus on clear instruction, confidence-building, and long-term progress in the water. On this blog, I share practical knowledge, expert techniques, and coaching insights designed to help swimmers, parents, and fellow instructors understand the “why” behind the “how.”

My articles cover everything from swim fundamentals and water safety to mindset, stroke development, and learning strategies tailored to different ages and abilities.
