Each course builds progressively on the skills from the previous level, aiming to equip participants with comprehensive lifesaving skills suitable for different environments and aquatic rescue situations.

Pre-requisite: Completion of Lifesaving 1
Focus: Building on preliminary skills with emphasis on resuscitation and emergency rescues.
Skills Developed: Mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, rope rescue, and towing uncooperative casualties.
Course Requirement: Swim 150 metres comfortably.

Designed for those who have completed the basic level and are at least 17 years old, our Competency & CPR Certification course is an advanced lifeguard training where you will learn rescue operations and critical CPR techniques, including the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
With a focus on complex scenarios and emergency response, this certification equips you to handle life-threatening situations with confidence and competence.
