Group Class Terms & conditions

Cancellation / Replacement of Classes Land drills will be conducted in sheltered areas in adverse conditions where the pool is not permitted to conduct swimming lessons. Example of adverse conditions are but not limited to the following:

Inclement weather
Bad environmental conditions (i.e. Haze with 3 hours PSI reading at 151 to 200)
Vomitus in pool, unsuitable water conditions.
Any other conditions where the pool is deemed not suitable to conduct swimming lessons

In such conditions, lessons affected will not be replaced nor refunded.

Fees paid to JustSwim are strictly non-refundable. There shall be no replacement of classes except for cases where: a. lesson is cancelled due to the absence of Instructors; b. Participant is absent for medical reasons, in such cases, participants must produce a Medical Certificate.
Replacement lessons must be consumed in a period of 1 month at a schedule allotted by JustSwim.
Lessons will not be conducted on the 5th week of the month and Public Holidays
Minimum commitment period to the lessons will be 2months duration. (8 lessons)
Students/Parents of Students accepts the risk and danger of engaging in physical activities and swimming lessons. JustSwim, its agents, coaches and all its other representatives will not be held responsible in the event when a student incurs bodily harm, injury or any other physical detriment to oneself in the course of having swimming lessons. All appropriate safety measures will be adopted by the coach when carrying out the lessons.
Participants are not allowed to engage JustSwim swimming instructors for any private lessons outside the current arrangement.
JustSwim reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions from time to time where necessary and appropriate without prior notice.
Fees payment from the client to JustSwim shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance by all parties of the above Clauses in these Terms and Conditions.

Please note: The trial lesson is only eligible for 1st time customers taking private lessons. Group lessons will not be eligible for trial at the moment. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding

Just Swim Indonesia

All lessons can be cancelled in advance for whatever reasons by both parties via whatsapp or all other forms of valid communication methods either in writing or verbal. Lesson will not be considered consumed unless otherwise advised. A prior communication of notice at least 2 hours before lesson time is required should either party wished to inform of lesson cancellation save for in the event of oncoming inclement weather or any other unforeseeable circumstances where a cancellation has to be effected.
Arrival of coach at your location/place of residence will be considered a lesson consumed. You are advised against cancelling the lesson when the coach has arrived or when the coach is on his/her way to your location/place of residence.
In the event where lessons has commenced but has to be halted due to imminent lightning risk, safety concerns or any other unforeseeable circumstances, the lesson will be considered consumed. The coach on site reserves the rights to assess and act reasonably in accordance to the prevailing circumstances to decide whether to continue with lessons or not.
